Fellowship Program

SEAOHUN Fellowship aims to provide an excellent opportunity for the qualified fellows to gain practical, trans-disciplinary experience and contribute productively to One Health related projects at host organizations.

The eligible applicants must be current graduate students and faculty members under age 40 from One Health related fields and must be the citizens of SEAOHUN member* and expansion** countries.

Fellows must spend at least 3 months and not longer than 5 months in duration working at host organizations.

The host organizations at the moment include:

• Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations Regional Office for Asia-Pacific;
• World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) Sub-Regional Representation for South-East Asia (SRR-SEA);
• CIRAD Agricultural Research for Development;
• International Livestock Research Insitute (ILRI); and
• PREDICT Indonesia.

Important timeline: Applications must be received by March 31st, 2017 (5pm, Bangkok time) and successful applicants will be notified by April 21st, 2017. All fellowships must be completed by December 31st, 2017

* SEAOHUN member countries are Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
** SEAOHUN expansion countries are Bangladesh, Cambodia, Lao PDR and Myanmar.
