ANNOUNCEMENT: INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE

On 12 August 2020, to foster sharing of experiences and scientific knowledge, extend the impact of research to the community, and celebrate the 60111 anniversary of the Institute of Preventive Medicine and Public Health (IPMPH), Hanoi Medical University will be hosting the 2020 International Scientific Conference "Strengthening the Capacity for Disease Control in the Context of Globalization".

Hanoi Medical University is Vietnam's oldest university and, for decades, has solidified its position as Vietnam's leading medical school with growing global impact. Since first established in 1960, IPMPH has greatly enhanced Hanoi Medical University's ability to generate new knowledge and produce new generations of preventive medicine practitioners and public health professionals.

It is with great pleasure that Hanoi Medical University invite you to speak at this momentous conference and share your ideas, experiences, and vision. The conference will bring together international and national experts as well as policy makers, researchers and NGOs/community organizations and provide major opportunity for exchanges about challenges of responding to modem health issues such as HIV/ AIDS, noncommunicable diseases, and mental health, among others, in an increasingly globalized world. Considering your research interest and expertise, we hope to welcome you at Hanoi Medical University. Your voice would be a critical addition to the conference and help it to be a success. A tentative programme is below.

Notes:

All presenters who have the abstract approved are encouraged to send full text of the scientific report for publishing in the Journal of Practical Medicine -the special issue for celebrating 60th year anniversary of the Institute for Preventive Medicine and Public Health.
